Project Management Courses

I was initially drawn to join the Advanced Project Management (APM) programme owing to the faculty profiles, SPJIMR’s reputation, and my own career goals. The programme content is relevant, and the teaching methodology combines theoretical knowledge and practical applications.

The case studies and sessions by some of the industry experts bring significant applicability. The program brings significant managerial mindset and correlation of organizational strategies and behavior. The most important was the peer bonding and learning, a great bunch of talented professionals from different sectors / domains. Proud to be an IIM C alumni.

This is a very well-designed programme, taught by a highly skilled team of professors. The programme covered all aspects of practical project management very well.

Professors teaching via their experiences, videos & real-life examples helped a lot in understanding topics better. Fellow students with good & wide experience sharing real-life examples was very enriching experience. Excellent coordination by Emeritus team. The course curriculum was beyond the conventional PMBOK and other international project management practices. This is the best certification course I ever did and it’s more than just a certification and it will increase your ability 20x at your workplace. The theory and case studies in all the lectures were incredibly useful. The best part is that all the content and fundamentals discussed during the class were applicable across all sectors. Interacting with one of the best IIM professors and receiving the alumni status from IIM Calcutta was the cherry on top.

Thanks to the IIM Lucknow faculty, Eruditus Executive Education, my project teammates, my family, and all the batchmates for making this a wonderful learning journey. The programme gave me a very good overview of data science and helped me develop a problem-solving attitude.

The programme has added a coveted institute (IIM) to my CV as an alumnus. The curriculum is aligned to the demands of strategic project management with live sessions and case study-based approach. The faculty were extremely professional and knowedgeble, and peer-to-peer learning from amazing colleagues added a lot of value.

The programme was well-structured and conducted systematically, covering all topics that were planned at the start of the programme. I have benefited from the case studies presented. Since I recently worked on project management, I felt that the theory around practical problems of project management and the techniques to resolve them was well-explained.

Interactions and lectures conducted by both faculties, Prof. Jha and Prof. Shankar, were indeed very well-led. Both the faculties really went out of the way to teach us detailed topics that were well-researched with case studies. Definitely a lifetime of experience.

The programme has a mix of both theory and practical, which complement each other. Just when I thought that the program can’t get any more interesting, Prof Jha took it to the next level! A big thanks to both Prof Ravi and Prof Jha for their teachings.

The professors are excellent and they took us through a journey of knowledge related to Project Management very well. All the sessions were very good and knowledgeable, and always taught with real-world examples that made understanding easy.
