Continuity of learning is also emerging as a concern in K-12 education institutions, as are initiatives in which many types of organizations are collaborating to develop ways to deal with this issue. Thus there are opportunities for higher education institutions to learn from K-12 initiatives and vice versa. Connections are also likely to grow along with the rise of P-20 and other initiatives which integrate primary, secondary, and tertiary (higher) education more closely. |
